ALC 6th Graders Explore Teamwork

6^th grade ALC HITT students came together with kids from a 2^nd grade ALC class to play theatre games focusing on team building. The class chose exercises that encouraged group participation, teamwork, creativity and, of course, some fun. As well as an exercise that emphasized the 5-W’s in story telling (Who, What When, Where, and Why). The two classes gathered outside on a warm Thursday afternoon in December to participate in the workshop. It was a great opportunity for the younger kids to participate in activities with the 6th graders and for the older students to take the lead in teaching their peers.
