Theatre professor and playwright Dr. Charlie Mitchell will host this workshop at the Hipp on developing character and voice.  Both beginning and experienced writers will come away with useful tools for creating a character and monologue from scratch.  This hands-on seminar will include both lecture and writing components.  Just bring your pen and paper.

He has also directed numerous plays and musicals and has worked as an actor in Chicago, Baltimore, and New York City.
