2005 – Florida Statewide Prevention Conference’s Who’s Who of Prevention Leaders
1996 through 2006 – HITT invited by Florida International Volunteer Corp to develop programs in the West Indies
2004 – Outstanding Achievement Award from the Florida International Volunteer Corps

1998 – HITT – Honored by Florida Secretary of State Sandra Mortham with a “Very Special Arts Award.”
1995 – National Service Learning Conference in Philadelphia First Place as the best service-learning project in the nation.
1996 – National Service Learning Conference Second Place in the nation honors. Honored at an award ceremony featuring remarks and congratulations from Hillary Clinton, a “Liberty Bell” presentation by Philadelphia Mayor Edward Randell and medals and awards presented by James Kielsmeier, CEO of the National Youth Leadership Council.
1993 – SouthEastern Regional Vision for Education (SERV) one of the best educational programs in the Southeast and featured in SERV’s annual publication “Sharing Success.”
